Welcoming in March with Snow

Today is the first day of March 2014 and we have fresh snow!  Currently at the lodge we have an (almost) full house... which means a whole lot of cooking. I've been making stuffed flank steak, apple pork, and tonight chicken cordon bleu.

Right now the sledders are out enjoying the snow and they should be having lots of fun!
